MUN SPRING CONFERENCE - April 7-8-9, 2011

in Eugene, Oregon at the UNIVERSITY OF OREGON

HOME SCHOOL RESOURCE AND OPPORTUNITY

Parents involved in the homeschooling of teenagers will find a real jewel of an asset in the year long OHSIRL MUN program. A well thought out curriculum that is posted on the internet and free to all participants is a key element to the program. It allows students of all learning skills and talents to be involved.

The program enhances skills in writing, research, public speaking, parliamentary procedure. Social skills are polished, brainstorming occurs, and artistic talent is given an opportunity to shine.

Home schooling parental organization will find it very easy to sign up for a country, guide their students in the learning process, and they will enjoy the low cost of a multi-level program that offers so much to so many kids at the same time.

The parent/ chaperones to the conference will find many opportunities for their students and for them to network and develop their skills in guiding their home school student. It is a great way build community and to polish social skills and develop leadership potential.

This a great opportunity for homeschooling in the community, field trips , group activities with educational support the entire year.
