Meet your Secretariat

Dominic Debettencourt.jpg

Dominic Debettencourt is a senior at Jesuit High School, and this is his 4th year participating in MUN. He has been a delegate in the Environment, Global Security, and General Assembly committees in his first three years, and is excited to help lead the conference as the Secretary-General. Outside of MUN, Dominic runs cross country and track, participates in Science Olympiad, and is a leader of Jesuit’s Kahoot! Club, among other activities. In his free time, Dominic can often be found participating in recreational sports, playing card or board games, and defending the fact that he has an Android phone instead of an iPhone. He is excited to help make the conference even more fun this upcoming year.

Apart from MUN, Ahnwyn is an avid dancer both on the SEHS Dance Team and with Eugene Ballet Academy. Additionally, she is a leader in Steps Towards Change, an equity club at her schools. Chloe is a senior at Corvallis High School in Corvallis, Oregon.

Johnson is a junior at Sunset High School in Portland, Oregon.

Ritika Saripalli is a senior at Sunset High School, and she will be serving as an Undersecretary during her third and last year of MUN. Spending her first year as a delegate from Liberia in Health and Human Services, and her second as a committee chair for ICJ, Ritika has cultivated her passion for MUN, as well as the term “MUNsters”.
Outside of MUN, Ritika is an avid leader of her school’s Mock Trial team and is heavily involved with the non-profit PERIOD, an organization that aims to end period poverty and period stigma through service, advocacy, and education.
When she’s not planning the 2020 conference, you can find Ritika harassing her dog Cognac, reading her horoscope or making her ulcer worse by stressing over her IB classes.

Julliana is a senior at Lake Oswego High School in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Madison McDonald is a senior at Tualatin High School. After serving two years on the environmental committee for Uganda and South Korea, she is so excited to spend her last year of MUN as an Undersecretary! Outside of MUN, Madison also dedicates her time to being an ASB officer, Thespian, and working with OASC’s Capitol Ambassadors Program. She is also president of her school’s own MUN (shoutout to India and the Netherlands)! When she’s not discussing the bee industry with her fellow delegates at MUN, you can probably find her spending way too much time at Starbucks, stressing out over calculus, or planning Tualatin’s next dance. She is so excited to plan Oregon MUN’s next state conference and can’t wait to see her fellow MUNsters in April!
